Produced as part of Fred's three years at the Louis Lumière Film School in Paris, this exercise was established so that students could become familiar with Steadicam techniques and technology.

Each exercise had to include various techniques and common challenges such as filming whilst moving up and down stairs, operating the camera at ground level, and filming around obstacles.
