Sarah Reese, the Director of the French Film Festival in New Zealand, was looking for a way to present the 2013 festival figures and facts in an efficient and original way to entice sponsors for 2014.  Fred pitched some ideas to illustrate the information by way of simple symbolic drawings that were fun, youthful and colourful. Two weeks was then required to build and animate the elements of the video. The voice-over was completed with local actor, Vaughan Slinn. The video was just finished on time before Sarah's departure to the Cannes International Film Festival where she largely distributed promotional DVDs and showed the animation on her iPhone.
